SGS Airsoft Retro # 001

Springer Mosin-Nagant Carbine

Mosin Nagant Airsoft Gun

The Mosin-Nagant bolt action rifle had the longest front-line service life
of any military rifle in history.  The carbine was issued to artillery,
mechanized, and cavalry troops.  Our airsoft version of this venerable
carbine is an affordable entry-level weapon for the Russian, Partisan,
Volkssturm or Finnish WWII airsoft reenactor.  Experienced players have
found our carbine to be light and handy, ideal for house-to-house CQB and
other games with lower fps limits.  Measuring 40 1/4 inches in length and
weighing 2 1/2 pounds, our Mosin-Nagant carbine replica features a stained
wood stock housing a 280fps clip-fed M47 spring action with straight-pull
cocking for quick reloads, metal buttplate and barrel, and adjustable
hop-up.  Spare clips will just fit into standard Soviet-issue belt-slide
Mosin Nagant ammo pouches. ADD TO CART

AEG PPSh-41
Airsoft PPSH41 AEG

THE classic Soviet submachinegun of World War II, the PPSh-41 was also
widely used outside the USSR.  It was the standard-issue SMG for Communist
forces during both the Korean War and the Vietnam War, where it became known
to American GIs as the "Burp Gun."  The PPSh-41 is such a reliable and
robust design that it continues to be used in various conflicts in the
Middle East and Africa to this day.  Our airsoft version is 33 1/2 inches
long overall and weighs a hefty 7 pounds fully loaded.  It features a
genuine oiled maple stock inletted to hold an AGM version 7 AEG gearbox; a
200-round nonremoveable hicap drum magazine; and fiberglass reinforced
cold-cast aluminum receiver, barrel shroud, and magazine housings. ADD TO CART

Airsoft gaming around the globe has expanded to include theme-specific "genre" play.  Entire organizations have formed to organize and promote games with Old West, World War, Vietnam War, SciFi/Horror, and other period themes.  Genre players dress the part, study the tactics of the period, and do everything they can to enhance the period "feel" of their games.  They demand and deserve small arms that not only look the part, but deliver reliable performance in the field.  While there are a handful of good-quality period reproductions on the market, airsoft gun manufacturers from Japan and China have generally been slow to meet the demand for the more distinctive genre-specific airsoft gun reproductions such as the Russian PPSh-41, the Swedish K, the American Spencer Carbine, the Colonial Marines' M41 Pulse Rifle, as well as many other wonderful and worthy classic small arms designs.  SGS Custom Airsoft aims to meet the needs of discerning genre players with our SGS Retro line of custom-designed springers and AEGs. The first SGS Custom Airsoft designs will be available for sale as of April 1st, 2008.
