Airsoft Battle Zone Disclaimer - This portion must be read before any purchase is made. Airsoft
Battle Zone is a division of Fairchild Gift Company LLC a purveyor of
airsoft replica products, which comply with Federal and State legislation
we are not a firearm merchant. Airsoft Battle Zone does not in any manner intend to create confusion or to "pass off" inferior goods by using any firearm manufacturer's established trademarked logos. Airsoft Battle Zone is not in competition with any firearm manufacturer and has no intention of diluting any firearm manufacturers' trademarked logos. In order to purchase an airsoft replica product from Airsoft Battle Zone, you must be at least
18 years of age. Under no circumstance will Airsoft Battle Zone sell to minors. The purchaser of any product from Airsoft Battle Zone Agrees by purchase that they are 18 years of age and is aware of any local or state law(s) governing the use of the products and that there are no laws that prohibit owning or purchasing airsoft related products in his/her respective
jurisdiction. All airsoft replica products come with a permanent safety
orange painted muzzle and any and all trademarks have been removed in
accordance to Federal law. Any alteration or modification will violate
state and/or federal law and will void any and all warranties. Under
Federal law, any use of an airsoft replica product used in a crime, will
be equivalent to the use of an actual firearm or weapon. Airsoft Battle
Zone a division of Fairchild Gift Company LLC will be held harmless and
free of any and all legal action arising from the use, misuse or purchase of
Airsoft Battle Zone products.

WARRANTY
All products come with a 30 day Warranty from manufacture defects. The
warranty is void if the item is altered or abused (Examples: altering
or removing the orange tip, disassembling, reusing BBs or shooting wrong
type or weight of BB, using paintballs, dropping or mishandling the
product).

If you take your gun apart the warranty is VOID!! DO NOT take the gun
apart or try to fix your gun unless under instruction from our service
department.

Damage sustained during use in "war games" is not covered under
warranty. In other words if you bought a car that was under warranty and ran
it into a pole the dealership  isn't going to fix your car due to your
negligence; so if a gun is dropped or hit against a tree the
manufacturer will not pay for a replacement gun.

We do not issue prepaid shipping labels. The customer is responsible
for shipping the product back.

Why do I have to pay for shipping to send back a broken item? All
returns need to be evaluated by a Certified Airsoft Gun Technician.  If
after the evaluation it is determined that the item in question has a
manufacturers defect, in most cases you will be compensated for the return
shipping.

Airsoft Battle Zone makes every effort to be as reasonable as possible. For example if you have done something to your gun so that it is no longer covered under warranty please just tell us the truth and we will do our best to help you. Airsoft guns do not "just fall apart".   Please be as accurate as possible when explaining how your gun broke.

WARNING!!
Altering or removing the orange tip from an airsoft gun will void its
warranty. Federal law prohibits commercial sale or transport of an
airsoft gun without orange safety markings. ANY gun sent back with its
orange tip altered or removed will be DESTROYED immediately with NO
COMPENSATION to the customer.  Any gun returned without an orange tip will be digitally photographed and documented for any further
investigations/evidence.  THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!

SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING COST IS BASED UPON THE WEIGHT OF THE SHIPMENT AND WE ONLY CHARGE YOU WHAT THE SHIPPING CARRIER CHARGES US, WE DO NOT CHARGE A HANDLING FEE. WE DO TRY TO MINIMIZE THE COST AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE BY USING THE MOST COST EFFECTIVE METHOD OF SHIPPING BASED UPON EACH ORDER RECIEVED.  PLEASE CONTACT US BY EMAIL IF YOU HAVE SPECIAL SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR ORDER. ALL ORDERS RECEIVED Mon 8:00 TO 4:00 WILL SHIP NEXT
BUSINESS DAY. ORDERS RECIEVED AFTER 4:00 PM FRI AND ORDERS RECIEVED ON SAT OR SUN WILL SHIP ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. WE CANNOT SHIP ON ANY POSTAL HOLIDAY.

*Please Note: If you are ordering a durable upgraded airsoft gun please be advised it may take up to 10 days for our service center to properly upgrade, test and ship your new airsoft gun.  

RETURNS

All refused or returned shipments will be refunded for the cost of the
product minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping will not be refunded. You
will be refunded via the same payment method the product was purchased.
The customer is responsible for shipping the product back.

If an order is undeliverable due to an incomplete address and is
returned to shipper, the customer must pay additional shipping costs to have
it resent.

If your order was damaged during shipment please contact UPS at
1-800-pick-ups Immediately and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging material until instructed otherwise by UPS. You MUST contact us within 24 hours of delivery of damage delivery 715-514-0485.
