M4A1 problem. Please help

I have two problems, both minor.
The first is that my selector switch uses a small metal ball and spring, it slides into the hole keeping it there so I can keep it on safe/semi/auto. But one day it fell out and now the switch starts to slide all over the place and it tends to get stuck between semi and full auto and thus doesn't fire. I have to keep it there with my finger and I tend to forget about it. It's a small but annoying problem, is there anyway to fix it?
The second one is the M4A1 mag. It's a 300 hi-cap. But for some reason when I put my gun on semi and fire, after the fourth shot it starts to dry fire. When it's on full auto it'll shoot a bunch out dry fire for two maybe three rounds and then shoots normal and then does it agian. Is something woring with the gun or clip? and how do I fix it?

most likly the mag and man this cite is cool
and try to carfully take the gun apart to get the ball that might help a little but most likly the mag
