Okay sence my m16 shoots at almost 450 fps I want to make it semi auto ONLY. So will I need a new gb or is there a way I can stop the selector switch from moving to full auto? Can anybody help.

Why not just put a small peg or a small clump of JB Weld on the reciever to stop the selector switch from going to full auto?

There are not many "DMR" rules in WI. Its either a standard AEG under 400fps or a sniper if it is 400+ fps.
