Hey guys, Just wanted to give you a heads up, looks like I won't really be able to play much this month, I have a lot of things going on this month and I also came down with a really severe case of Poison Ivy on my arm that would prevent me from playing anyways. I am still in for Thunder though. Just let me know the details. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up just in case you guys don't see me for a little while.

What field did you get the Itch from? really hot water always made mine feel better. I hate that stuff and caught it at every field I played at in Il,Mn,IN, some in WI also.
Next time you go out spray you BDU's down with right guard. It keeps the oil from getting through. Change your cloths as soon as you come off the field from now on. It only gets easier and easier to catch it now.I can feel it already..... good luck

for some on reson i am imune to poisen ivy, i have no idea why, but im fine with it :) i have walked through fields of it and never gotten a reaction!!!! but yes i would recomend durring every break, get a soapy wash cloth, and then wash of your legs, and this will prevent a reaction!

Yea some people do have a tolerance to it and do not get the reaction, but I hear that lasts only soo long. This is my first time getting a reaction to it soo. I got it playing on the field here in Weston, it was a small team training session. And it had been already a couple of days before the reaction really kicked in. I will try the right gaurd thing though, thanks for the tip. I got it up on my arm, and I usually wear a t-shirt. Dang it...
